Hi, I’m Esther Augustin, RN — Registered Nurse, Doula, and Maternal Health Advocate.
I founded Elite Care Nursing with a simple belief: mothers deserve to feel cared for, heard, informed, and supported—not only during birth, but throughout the entire journey into motherhood.
As a Registered Nurse and trained doula with additional education in perinatal mental health, I bring together clinical knowledge, compassionate birth support, advocacy, and personalized care to support women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the transition into motherhood.
My approach goes beyond traditional doula support. I help mothers prepare for birth, understand their options, advocate for their preferences, navigate postpartum recovery, adjust to life with a newborn, and recognize when additional professional or mental-health support may be needed.
I believe maternal care should never feel rushed, impersonal, or one-size-fits-all. Every mother has her own story, needs, culture, concerns, and vision for her experience—and I want her care to reflect that.
